About Nadine

I’m Nadine, the nurse behind Scribing for Beauty.

I’m a Registered Nurse, Independent Prescriber and NHS Stroke Nurse Practitioner, with over 15 years of healthcare experience. Alongside running Scribing for Beauty, I continue to work full-time within the NHS — something that is incredibly important to me and keeps my clinical knowledge and skills very much part of my everyday practice.

But away from the uniforms, scrubs and clinic, I’m also a wife and mum juggling family life, a full-time NHS career and a business that started from a genuine passion for helping people feel more confident in themselves.

My background isn’t only clinical. I also have a degree in Applied Psychology and experience in counselling, which has shaped the way I practise aesthetics. For me, a consultation is about much more than deciding which treatment to perform. It’s about listening, understanding why someone is considering treatment and, sometimes, being confident enough to say no when I don’t believe a treatment is right for them.

I believe aesthetics should enhance, not change, who you are.

My approach has always been centred around natural results, patient safety and evidence-based practice. I want you to still look like you — refreshed, confident and never over-treated.

I’m proud to be a Save Face Platinum Accredited Practitioner, and continuous professional development is a huge part of how I work. Aesthetics is an evolving field, and I believe anyone treating patients has a responsibility to keep learning, questioning and improving.

Scribing for Beauty has grown considerably since I first opened the doors, but the philosophy behind it hasn’t changed. I want my clinic to be somewhere you feel comfortable asking questions, where you’re given honest advice and where there is never any pressure to have a treatment.

Because behind every treatment is a person — and that will always come first.
